Update
2/04/09
Well, this took longer than I
thought it would. We have FINALLY scheduled a date for our
regular March meeting - it will be held on the 21st and 22nd
- same place, same time.
Now I know all of you have been catching all of the numerous
rumors traveling on the internet about things of interest to
"likeminded people" which have taken place over the past
couple of months. I want to take this opportunity to
reiterate something I think we sometimes forget when we find
a "remedy" that we believe is right and correct.
1. No one in the system is ever, and I mean EVER,
going to tell us we have found the path. Their existence
depends on us being "sheeple" and staying "within the box".
They are going to resist fiercely.
2. This is a learning process. It is a way of life. My
Dad used to tell me you weren't old until you stopped
learning - and now that I have reached senior status, I know
that to be true. Not only are we fortunate enough to have
speakers that know what is happening first hand because of
their contacts - we also have speakers that have something
to say - something to teach.
I don't know how all of you feel, but it makes me feel a
little more secure when we have these meetings, because
suddenly I know I am not out on this skinny little branch
all by myself - there are others that agree with at least
some of the things I believe and that gives comfort. I hope
the attendance will be abundant - because with the
economy headed in this spiral, we may not have a place to
meet this inexpensively for long. My business is down since
it is tied directly to construction and that
directly affects our meeting room. I would appreciate
RSVP's if possible for attendance in March - but if you
don't let me know, we will always find room. After all, we
are a family. Sam Davis will be our speaker and that is
always entertaining and enlightening.
Hope to see you all at the meetings - please rsvp if possible
to
samiv@hushmail.com so I
know how many donuts to buy. See you soon. Sami
There are some new
and exciting things happening in our quest for freedom and I
will forward emails concerning some of these things as they
reach my desk.
As always, if you
have questions or if you need assistance on something, I
probably cannot give you the help you need – but I can
almost always point you in the right direction.
Also, soon there
will be a Table of Contents for the paperwork on this site
added – along with complete instructions – however,
this does not eliminate the requirement for a sponsor.
There were a few changes made to our
procedures. The donation for declaring your status and having
that status paperwork signed by five witnesses is $60.00, with a
$20.00 fee if you want Sami to do the three week publication of
the status change...if the paperwork is turned
into the court notarial no later than noon on Saturday of the
meeting weekend.
Paperwork turned in after Saturday noon will require
a donation of $120.00. This is an attempt to expedite this
portion of our meeting so that more can be learned each time.
PAPERWORK - from
here you can complete it yourselves -
but it must be emailed to your sponsor at
least 10 (ten) days prior to the meeting you
plan to attend for your status change to be
witnessed. Your sponsor
will then get the paperwork to me seven (7) days
in advance to make sure everything is as it
should be. If the paperwork has to
be corrected by the court staff on the weekend
of the meeting (and we offer this to those that
are coming from out of town because we know the
trip is expensive) there will be a $50.00 charge
to cover supplies and time expended.
THEN:
You
must bring with you
three copies of your paperwork. It's also
a good idea to have this paperwork on a thumb
drive in your possession when you arrive at the
meeting.
If you have
questions just contact me at
samiv@hushmail.com
and I will do my best to direct you to someone
that can give you an intelligent answer.
